Brandywine Festival of the Arts
Brandywine Festival of the Arts has been a perennial favorite for 50 years. This year’s festival will be held in Josephine Gardens in Wilmington’s Brandywine Park. Typically listed among the top 100 national shows, this event attracts hundreds of visiting artists and craftspeople. Although the show is juried for quality, it is not pretentious. Remarkable, one-of-a-kind pieces in a variety of media are available at an equally wide range of price points. In fact, it’s considered to be the foremost place in Delaware to purchase original pieces of art that are sure to satisfy both the casual consumer and the avid collector. Live music, a food court and free admission to the Brandywine Zoo are added bonuses.

ESO Shore Made Music Festival
Admission: $5.00, This is an all day music event of local entertainers. Music starts around 11 am. to 10 p.m. over 20 different musical acts, artisans, food vendors, beverages, kids play area and more. Bring your chair and enjoy the day.

Paint Onancock! Plein Air
Look for the artists at work at their easels all around town. The works will be on display all around town on the evening of Oct. 8, Second Friday, 5-8 p.m. Come out to support our local artists as they capture the spirit of our scenic harbor town on canvas.
